Every virtual class begins with dynamic warm up stretching to properly prepare your body for the workout. After the warm up, Coach Paul FIT will lead you through a series of exercises intended to optimize your body’s fat-burning capacity. Class ends with static cooldown stretching to shift your body back to its regular heart rate.
